Pickle Papa offers a range of food products including pickles, snacks, and condiments. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via approved payment gateways listed at checkout.
4. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order for any reason, including availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within the timelines specified at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim damages.
6. Returns and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@picklepapa.in or +91 93154 28523, along with photos and order details. We will investigate and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. In certain cases, customers may be given the option of receiving refunds via UPI or other methods, subject to verification.
8. Product Usage and Allergens
All ingredients are listed clearly on product labels. It is the responsibility of the customer to read these carefully and ensure no allergies or dietary restrictions apply. We are not liable for any adverse reactions due to the consumption of our products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pickle Papa website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and packaging designs, are the property of The Ruby Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ruby Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
